No. The whole point of All Cleaning is the opposite of that. The same small team comes to your home every visit — they learn your space, your preferences, your pets. If a teammate can't make it for any reason, we make sure the visit is properly covered. We never send a stranger to your door.

Every quote is fully transparent and tailored to your home — we'll walk you through exactly what's included before you book, so there are no surprises on the invoice. If you have specific requests (interior windows, inside the fridge, light fixtures, etc.), just ask and we'll let you know upfront.

Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your visit, free of charge. Life happens — we won't penalize you for it.

Yes. We use professional-grade products that are pet- and kid-friendly. If you prefer fragrance-free, eco, or have specific sensitivities, just tell us — we'll bring exactly what you need.

Yes — we work Mon–Fri 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM as standard. Sunday visits are available by request when a client genuinely needs it. Just let us know.
